Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscriptions, purchases, and payments made for StreamWave’s streaming audio services, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to this Policy.
1. Subscription Plans & Billing
Recurring Billing
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, yearly, etc.), unless you cancel prior to renewal.
Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors to handle payments. All transactions are subject to the payment processor’s terms and fees.
Upgrades / Downgrades
If you change your plan (upgrade or downgrade), the change will generally take effect at the next billing cycle, and billing will be prorated according to the remaining period (unless otherwise stated).
2. Refund Eligibility
Initial Trial / Free Periods
If you sign up for a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not incur charges, and no refund is necessary.
If we erroneously charge you during a free trial (due to system error), we will issue a refund upon request.
After Purchase / Subscription Activation
If you purchase a subscription and are dissatisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will normally be for the full subscription fee paid (excluding taxes and non-refundable fees).
After 7 days, we generally do not offer refunds, except under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Partial-use / Mid-period Requests
In most cases, no refunds are provided for partial period use (i.e. if you cancel halfway through a billing cycle).
Upon cancellation, you may continue to access the Services until the end of the paid billing period, but you will not receive a pro rata refund for unused days.
3. How to Request a Refund / Cancellation
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting customer support (support@streamwave.com ). Cancellation does not automatically grant a refund.

Processing Time
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days. The timing for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
